The inspiration for my work comes from 33 years of experience with Local 150 in underground utility operations, where I’ve witnessed realities that many overlook. Being part of America’s strongest union, Local 150 Operating Engineers, has empowered me to retire and dedicate myself to making a difference in Chicago. I vividly recall arriving at a downtown job site and seeing a man and a woman covered with a blanket, sleeping on a bed behind a dumpster. At least they had a blanket and a bed, but this should not be their reality. Tragically, I’ve witnessed people succumb to drug overdoses just ten feet from my crew, and a colleague was shot in the legs. If you’re indifferent, it’s likely because you haven’t seen it for yourself. I, however, cannot turn a blind eye. So, I raise my hands and say, “Lord, let me serve you by serving them.”
The Lord's Holy Spirit compelled me to do and on what to do praying the lord's prayer out loud on YouTube MrB-prayerchannel without knowing why I followed; follow him again here to produce the Good Samaritan Mobile Soup Kitchen and through my faith it was born from a deep-seated concern for the growing homeless population in Chicago. After witnessing volunteering & praying for the struggles of individuals and families for over three decades and to see it continued to grow The Holy Spirit compelled us to take action. Our mission is to provide essential nourishment and support, treating everyone with dignity and respect. We believe in a community where no one goes hungry.
Hello, my name is Bryon, and welcome to our mission—a testimony to faith in Jesus. Our Father, who is in Heaven, empowers us to embody Jesus' presence here on Earth. Together, we can shine as a beacon of His light, inspiring others to say, "In Jesus, I trust; in Jesus, I believe." We cannot simply. wait for Jesus to transform the world into a better place; instead, we must join forces with his Holy Spirit to create positive change in His name. Nothing more, nothing less and nothing else. Each person possesses goodness within; we simply need to uncover it. By embracing Jesus, who is God, we open ourselves to receive true peace, joy, and love—the gifts that come from a deep connection guided by the Holy Spirit. However, this requires our sincere submission to Him. So come as you are and join his plan for your life, and start living today.
